Hi, I’m Sharon Rich. I approach coaching by listening to your needs and what you want to accomplish. I learn how you live, discover what’s really important to you and work with you to create the best nutrition approach based on your goals and lifestyle. Then, I coach you through the process, providing unlimited text support to simplify solutions to everyday obstacles that get in the way of your goals.

The cornerstone of my coaching practice is building you a custom tool box of skills to use for any situation, anytime that produces sustained results. I have over 25 years in the fitness and nutrition field and a Master Coach certification with Precision Nutrition.
