Working to reach your goals is like going on a journey to a new destination

It starts with sharing your vision of where you want this journey to take you. Together, we’ll explore, discover and decide which way to go. Building on your strengths, you’ll choose simple skills you’re confident you can practice everyday that will help you reach your goals.

As you go along, you’ll learn what works best for you to keep you on track – even when the going gets tough, so you’ll truly understand what motivates, drives, and empowers you to make these changes a part of your everyday life.

Sharon Rich, Certified Master Health Coach brings over 20+ years of experience in nutrition, health and wellness coaching to her clients.

One-on-one coaching sessions are offered by phone every two weeks, with a weekly text message to check in on your progress.

What do you do differently than a traditional fitness coach?

As a health and wellness coach I focus on what each client seeks to achieve with our work together.

We co-create a vision for success that takes into account your existing strengths and resources and any obstacles that might get in your way to achieving that vision.

Whatever goal you set, your coach will ensure that you’re supported until the desired outcome is achieved.

 

What’s a coaching session like?

This is your journey. You set the goals, pace, direction, and focus for each session.

As your coach, I am your guide on this journey working together with you to self assess your goals and to articulate your learning and insight gained during your change process.

How long is a coaching session?

Each session is conducted by phone – the first session is 45 minutes, during which time you’ll share why you’re interested in coaching and what goals you’d like to achieve.

Coach Sharon will explain how the coaching practice works and answer any questions you may have.

Each session after that is 30 minutes.

What’s this coaching approach like?

Together we collaborate on creating a series of simple steps that allow you to maintain progress and affect change, moving you closer each session towards reaching your goal.

You’ll decide your goals, engage in self-discovery and active learning processes as well as using self-monitoring behaviors to increase accountability.

You’ll leave each session with something you’ve chosen and are excited to practice between sessions.

How often can I ask you questions / contact you?

You can email me questions at any time. I respond by the end of each day.

Also, each week you will receive a text message check-in where you can share your progress and ask questions.
